Traditional dish from bedouin community, you maybe tried or you will try it during your stay in Wadi Rum. Simple but delicious, galayeh bandura is a vegetarian dish, very healthy and light. You can also find it around jordan, sometimes with meat as lamb or chicken. We eat it in any time of the day, from my side I love to eat it for the breakfast with khobez (arabic bread). Be sure to love onions, it is one of the main ingredient of this recipe! The recipe below is the way my family and I cook it, we usually prepare it directly on the fire, hope you will enjoy, sahtein!
